RETURNS

If you receive your product and it is faulty you may return it or get a replacement, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please email us at info @ gofather.com.au before sending your returned product.

You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during the return transit. We therefore advise you insure your parcel as we are not responsible if it goes missing or gets damaged further in transit.
Once processed at our end, if your return is approved you will be refunded the cost of the product and reasonable costs of shipping via your original payment method.
